This Indicator provides information on the types of arts and entertainment industries and their employment in Lackawanna, Luzerne, and Wayne counties.
Why is it important?
A region that offers a wide variety of arts, entertainment, culture, sports, and recreational activities is vibrant. It not only creates an attractive quality of life for residents, but all encourage tourism.
How is the region performing?
The region has 24 different types of arts and entertainment venue. It covers the spectrum of activities for all types of interests. While the region suffered during COVID-19, signs of a resurgence are present.
